We offer a range of services and want to work with you to build a customised package tailored to your specific event. We do not have rigid set drink or food menus - you will find examples on our website, but we know that every situation is unique. We believe working closely as a team to make your event bespoke is the key to you having the truly special day you deserve with all the fuss and stress removed.

Based in West London, the Lazy Grey owners have over 15 years of experience in the events industry, pub trade and catering. Our team loves creating amazing experiences. We are a mobile business, but our home base is located in Shepherds Bush, West London.

We are open to enquiries from any location - but do consider that travel costs would need to be factored into the quote we provide.
As much as we love helping arrange special occasions, the team must consider the size of the events package required and if it is viable for us to travel e.g. we would not feel comfortable travelling 100 miles for a small garden party as we have to consider our expenses.

We can do any event!
If you can think of it we can do it -
Birthdays, wedding reception, charity events, funerals, sports events, corporate do's, christening, festivals, catering for TV crews, divorce parties, baby shower -anything where food and drink is needed.

Our team is also experienced with catering for allergies. Let us know what you need and we'll be happy to help.

Yes we can provide any staff required to service your event - all our staff wear Lazy Grey branded clothing, making us stand out and easier to find if you need any assistance.

Any events cancelled a month before the booked date can be refunded 100%.
Events cancelled 2 weeks before will receive a 50% refund.
Unfortunately, any event that is cancelled less than 2 weeks before the agreed booked date, we are unable to refund.

All events are unique - therefore the deposit required in advance is dependent on the services you are requiring and the size of the event package.

All events are unique, so we can't really give a specific number.
We can do everything from small intimate events or large wedding receptions.
